- UCC has been in business for over three decades, we opened up shop in Atlanta in 1984. We are experts in commercial and residential concrete construction services. We are a family owned and operated business, giving us the ability to make our customers feel like family too. Tim Robertson is our founder and is still Head of Operations to this day. Our Senior Project Manager is Brian Celmer, Tim’s son-in-law and our Director of Operations is Amanda Celmer, Tim’s daughter. We have crew members that have been with us for many years, they are experienced, trustworthy, and reliable. We treat each job as if it were our own home project and we can guarantee you’ll have our help and guidance from start to finish.
