Had good communications with Tim, owner, for initial estimates, scheduling and follow up. Great to see that they used their own crew and not contracted out to others to do the work. Crew came on time for first day to do the excavating and framing which only took 4-5 hours. Crews returned the next morning early, which was good, to finalize framing and get ready for the concrete poor. From 7-noon, all was completed and cleaned up nicely. The pad looks beautiful and after 2 weeks, looks perfect. Recommended to our neighbors and family for future work

Awesome team of guys. They tore out our old driveway and replaced it with a beautiful brand new one. Very professional and quality work. They're the nices contractors we've ever worked with We have some more concrete work needing done in the near future and will definitely have Tim and his crew do the work.

They did a great job and Brian was very attentive. 

Unique Concepts were not the cheapest bid we received but was impressed with the information I received from Brian. They removed our extremely long and wide driveway and sidewalks around the house. They completed the job on time and I have had numerous request from neighbors about the company. I am very satisfied with the look of our new driveway and sidewalks. I highly recommend Tim Robertson and his team. 

 I called one day, next day the old driveway and sidewalk was removed and on the second day, I had ay wonderful new driveway and sidewalk. Everything was cleaned up and all debris was cleared out. Highly recommend. 

Brian was fantastic. Very informative, professional and fast as hell. He and his team did a bang up job and even got rave reviews while we were finalizing payment at the end of the driveway from neighbors passing by. Great work gentlemen! We'll definitely work together again!

 Tim Robertson and his crew did a very nice job. They showed up early and worked all day. There was a bit of a surprise when they tore up the old driveway. It was very muddy with lots of Georgia clay and required extra work because they couldn't drive the concrete truck up the driveway. I was concerned that sub-layer wouldn't compact and provide a good foundation for the new concrete but without me saying anything they had already made plans for that. They added a recycled concrete filler and removed the worst of the mud and it looked very good and well compacted when they began pouring. The finish work looks nice and as specified in the contract. I paid the contract price that was agreed upon and I'm very happy with the work that was done. I give Tim and his crew a very high recommendation. I'll definitely call them if I need any more concrete work. 

Very professional, reasonable, and extremely flexible regarding timing of installation "because of weather". Received detailed proposal, outlining what they would do; pricing was fair: not highest, not lowest quote. Found some unexpected problems regarding old driveway, and they worked around it, explaining problems and solutions. Would highly recommend them. P.S. Don't be afraid to ask for a senior discount! 

Arrived on time. owner supervised crew most of the time. crew was very professional. took about 1/2 day start to finish. good value for the money. 

 Did a great job. Very hard working. Made sure I was happy and communicated at all times what they were doing. 

 These guys are awesome. We had them add and extention on our driveway. They took the time to give us a scope of the project, make recommendations and presented their estimate. The process was smooth and the team has outstanding customer service. we were totally please with the great price and great work they did. I would use them again and highly receommend them to anyone looking for a concrete project. 

Brian and Tim planned and executed the work themselves. They were first in and last out even with a rain delay. It came out fine. I will use them again.
